Subject : Application for repair of damaged road.
Dear Sir,
I, on behalf of the people of Birtara village, beg to inform you that the main road of this village has been very badly damaged by the rainwater and vehicles. As a result, water clogs here and there.It is very difficult for us to use the damaged road any longer. All the people specially the students of our area are the worst sufferers. People often fall down and get drenched.
So, I request you to take necessary steps to repair the road immediately and oblige us thereby.
