Staff Reporter. The Daily Star. 20 October 2020 : Up to October 19, 2020 almost one million Rohingya people have come to Bangladesh crossing the border since the start of the Rohingya

crisis in Myanmar's Rakhine state. They took shelter at different points of Cox's Bazar district such as Teknaf, Ukhiya, Balukhali, Kutupalong, etc, As per the recent visit to the Rohingya camps at Teknaf in Cox's Bazar, it is experienced that the miseries of Rohinyga refugees are beyond description. Most of the people are living in the tents or under the open sky. Many organizations and individuals are distributing relief materials among them but they are not enough. Many injured people are not getting treatment due to the shortage

of medical facilities. Many of them even cannot take relief due to the injury. Bangladesh government and the international organizations are providing medical and health treatment by setting up temporary medical camps.

Crisis of pure drinking water is another problem in the camps of the refugee people and so they are being affected by different kinds of waterborne diseases. Sanitation facilities are not enough and now it turns to be a great problem for health and environment.

The worst sufferers are the orphan children whose parents have been killed by the army of Myanmar or missing at the time of fleeing. All the refugee camps are overcrowded.

Recently, many leaders of developed countries, ambassadors and heads of the international organizations have visited the border area to see the miseries of Rohingya people. Bangladesh and Myanmar authority are discussing to reach an agreement, regarding the refugees. Bangladesh

foreign ministry has informed us that Myanmar has agreed to take back the Rohingyas in their last meeting.

স্টাফ রিপোর্টার। দ্য ডেইলি স্টার 20 অক্টোবর 2020: 19 অক্টোবর 2020 পর্যন্ত প্রায় এক মিলিয়ন রোহিঙ্গা সীমান্ত পেরিয়ে বাংলাদেশে এসেছেন মায়ানমারের  রাখাইন রাজ্য থেকে। তারা কক্সবাজার জেলার বিভিন্ন পয়েন্টে আশ্রয় নিয়েছিল যেমন টেকনাফ, উখিয়া, বালুখালী, কুতুপালং ইত্যাদি, কক্সবাজারের টেকনাফের রোহিঙ্গা শিবিরগুলিতে সাম্প্রতিক পরিদর্শন অনুযায়ী,  রোহিঙ্গা শরণার্থীদের দুর্দশা বর্ণনার বাইরে। বেশিরভাগ মানুষ তাঁবুতে বা বসবাস করছেন খোলা আকাশের নিচে অনেক সংস্থা এবং ব্যক্তি তাদের মধ্যে ত্রাণ সামগ্রী বিতরণ করছে তাদের কিন্তু তারা যথেষ্ট না। অভাবজনিত কারণে আহত অনেকেরই চিকিৎসা হচ্ছে না চিকিত্সা সুবিধা। তাদের অনেকে এমনকি চোটের কারণে স্বস্তি নিতে পারেন না। বাংলাদেশ সরকার এবং আন্তর্জাতিক সংস্থাগুলি দ্বারা চিকিত্সা এবং স্বাস্থ্য চিকিত্সা প্রদান করে অস্থায়ী মেডিকেল ক্যাম্প স্থাপন। বিশুদ্ধ পানীয় জলের সংকট শরণার্থী মানুষের শিবিরগুলিতে আর একটি সমস্যা so বিভিন্ন ধরণের জলবাহিত রোগে আক্রান্ত হচ্ছে। স্যানিটেশন সুবিধা যথেষ্ট নয় এবং এখন এটি স্বাস্থ্য এবং পরিবেশের জন্য একটি দুর্দান্ত সমস্যা হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। সবচেয়ে ভুক্তভোগীরা হলেন এতিম শিশুরা যাদের বাবা-মা সেনাবাহিনীর হাতে মারা গিয়েছিল মিয়ানমার বা পালানোর সময় নিখোঁজ। সমস্ত শরণার্থী শিবির ভিড় করেছে। সম্প্রতি, উন্নত দেশগুলির অনেক নেতা, রাষ্ট্রদূত এবং আন্তর্জাতিক প্রধান সংগঠনগুলি রোহিঙ্গা মানুষের দুর্দশা দেখার জন্য সীমান্ত অঞ্চল পরিদর্শন করেছে। বাংলাদেশ এবং মিয়ানমার কর্তৃপক্ষ শরণার্থীদের বিষয়ে একটি চুক্তিতে পৌঁছানোর বিষয়ে আলোচনা করছে। বাংলাদেশ পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রক আমাদের জানিয়েছে যে মিয়ানমার তাদের মধ্যে রোহিঙ্গাদের ফিরিয়ে নিতে রাজি হয়েছে।
